I would check out the front-end for sloppiness because this can be very
costly to repair.
If not major rust, restoring the inside is not to bad a thing to do, and fun
at that.
I have 2 blue captains chairs that I will give you if you help me out with
the cost of shipping them to you. They are in good shape and will fit this
van.
You will most likely get other donations to help you out as well.
I would think $1,400 is a good price if mileage is around 100K or so.
