Look, it's obvious to all of us that you were the victim of a practical joke. OBVIOUSLY it was an Isetta/BMW. Someone put fiat badges all over it, and then for good measure took off the rocker arm covers and stamped FIAT on those, too.

I am doing something similar during my diesel rebuild. I am having the words "you big dummy, if you are reading this you must have bought this van and it needs the head worked on" engraved inside my valve cover as part of the restoration process.
