I think that the Fiat version of an Isetta-type car may have been the
Fiat biachina. The Fiat 500 and 600's were 4-wheeled with regular doors.

These would be great to tow behind a Westy. That way you would have a
vehicle to use once you had camp set up - particularly after spending
all that time leveling your Westy so that the Dometic fridge would have
as much help as possible. <g>
