Just thought I'd add this. If you have wind noise from the top of your door. Sight the match between the door and the body of the van. Check to see if the top of the door is further out from the body from the rest of the door. Possibly caused by people opening and closing the door by the top of the frame. If this is the case for your door, you can fix this by:

Rolling down the window, opening the vent wing, and from inside the van, gingerly pulling the top of the door frame towards you. Do it a little at a time and check your progress. This will bring the top of the door in-line with the rest of it. Don't pull too hard or you risk putting a crease in the door to the rear of the lock button.
