Check the fuses. There are separate fuses for the right and left side.

Hi Folks,

Any pointers or suggestions would be helpful here. If you enjoy a good puzzle, maybe this problem is for you!!

HISTORY

My '87 Syncro had a left front parking light out, and the left side marker out.

I checked and replaced the bulbs. They were good. Both sockets corroded. Side marker not receiving voltage. Front parking light receiving voltage. Socket and bulb replaced on front right parking/directional light. Directional worked but still no parking light. Neither left side or left front wires receiving voltage for driving lights.

Next, I took out the right side marker to check its condition compared to the right side marker. Better condition. However, it stopped getting voltage after I put it back together. At the same time both the front right parking light went out...as did the right rear marker.

RECAP

All driving lights NOT working *Except*: High and low beams, and license plate lights. Directionals and 4-way flashers work (always have). No matter what I do, all the driving light sockets (except high and low beams) do NOT get voltage.

So here's the question: Where is the problem?

Thanks so much for any leads!!!!
