Blow the patient off so the HMO will give you a big kickback at the end of the year and go to Hooter's instead after some links...

I don't have first hand experience with this (yet), but I noticed in the Bentley that the 80-85 caliper piston needs to be aligned with the damping plate. See page 46.4 for a poor-contrast photo! Other issue could be a crusty, binding piston which isn't recessing fully?

I say not yet in my case because our 85 squeaks badly; especially when backing up. I need to do bearings too and planned on doing the whole enchilada like you. If you can't figure yours out, I guess I'll blow mine off then.
