Frank -- you are TOO funny!!!! I'm LOL! (However, I certainly don't hope so it will come to that) After all, the torque for this chipped baby is probably "only" about 190-200 ft lbs -- just within the range of the Syncro tranny specs (which has been totally rebuilt by Senior Weddle, btw). My hope is that all those Germans are not mistaken by making the TDI Vanagon conversion the most popular option over in Europe. Trusting that they know something we don't! Cheers, MJS |
