Gary,

Unless you are planning on camping on mountain top or Libby has a very unusual fall you shouldn't need to worry about your water tank freezing. And if you are at a location where you have 120VAC to run your battery charger then why not get a small electric heater for inside too?

Nice place Libby. Gotta love the Cabinet Mountains and the Kootenia (sp?) River.
