Subject: wind noise and airflow through floor duct
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Hello, I've an 87 westy and with winter coming on I was wondering if there is a way to completely restict the air coming in when the vent levers are placed such that all air is supposed to be cut off. I still get a significant amount of air on my feet but I can hear an increase in wind noise due to I assume) the air trying to get around the closed vent flaps. So I'm wondering if anyone has a solution to eliminate this residual air flow and to reduce the air noise that results from restricting the air. I guess the residual air flow wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't so darn hard to adjust the hot water flow into the heat exchanger to get a comfortable air temp out, but it seems I'm constantly fiddling with the hot water flow. Any suggestions on an efficient way of adjusting the hot water flow would be appreciated as well.
