Jake, Possibly the jarring over the cobblestone caused an elderly catalitic converter to bust up its ceramic core which caused a partial clog leading to low power. Can you get up to speed (slowly?) and cruise at low RPM’s OK? Something like this happened to me once and I was able to verify a clog and get home by taking off the O2 sniffer cap on the J pipe right before the Cat.
