It would seem that the shaking has either loosened some crap in the fuel tank, or broken a wire somewhere. Start at the fuel filter and work your way back. Check the fuel pressure at the regulator. It could be crapped up. If the pump is noisy, it is probably either starved at the inlet, or running too high a pressure due to a bad regulator. Look for broken ground wires or a sensor connection that has come loose. Remove and clean as many connectors as you can. Must of been a rough ride.
