Are you using an XZN socket to take them out? These are those triple square wrenches which resemble a 12-pointed star. You may still be able to get those bolts out if you use the proper tool and clean out the hole. If they are truly beyond help, you can try using a set of locking pliers to get them off. I'm not sure how much space you have to work with but you can certainly spin the wheel to give yourself a little maneuvering room.
