It seems likely that even a truck mechanic can bolt down the head well enuf. Even so, you should try to tighten them a 1/4 turn or so just in case. Personally I have found that after a new gasket the bolts never needed to be retightened, but that may be a factor of the kind of gasket material. (lets hear it for asbestos). If it ever leaks, due to the high compression of the diesel, you will get gas blowing into the coolant so that is not the worst scenario. Just drive it!
