For a 1982 model, the ETKA shows that 251 265 055 B is the heater feed hose. 1983 uses 251 265 055 F. This hose runs all the way from the cylinder head to the heater valve. Bus Depot has them listed for $119.95, which seems like an insane price for a 12 foot hose. Most of my coolant hoses are as old as the van itself and still going strong, so the factory hoses seem like a good value even at that price.
