There are all of these unplanned events which tend to arrive unwanted. Have another car to drive out to a parts store for those overlooked parts. A third hand, maybe a forth helps with lining those push rod tubes with the heads. I can't tell you what the story is with the JB weld, but I guess that's gotta sit over night to harden. (more prep time than swapping in new heads.) No matter how fast you are, GOOD LUCK!
