Hello Folks, I have an extra leather covered wheel which I just placed on eBay. Usually I am posting for someone else. This wheel is actually mine. You can see the same type of wheel on fellow Listee Yoshi's Vanagon at: http://members.aol.com/realsf/images/steering1.jpg Installing one of these on your T3 Transporter/Vanagon/Westy/Syncro will require that the steering column be moved downwards about 8 mm -10 mm. Otherwise, your turnsignal control tabs and horn contact will not function properly. Go to my webpage and navigate to the "How to section" There's a link on the bottom. <Yes, I am making you take the long way to get the right page> I was able to set this up thanks to Yoshi's efforts. He bought one of these wheels from my parts guy. Then installed it in his Westy. He took all the pictures and made the diagram. I only supplied the webspace and the part of the text. http://hometown.aol.com/bentbtstr8/myhomepage/index.html Cheers, BenT |
