well, i will be flying to boston on saturday (redeye, arrive sunday morning) for a weeklong class at creo-scitex starting monday. besides going to boston bob's to check out vanagon engines [RVC] (which i assume is closed on sunday), can anyone recommend things to do or see in boston/the surrounds? i will have a rental car some evenings, but plan to use the train as much as i can. i've got sunday covered, and am primarily looking for weekday evening type of things: places to eat of high quality, theaters, jazz clubs, other music clubs, good brewpubs/bars, other things to do out in the evening. am planning a trip to durgin park, and the hancock tower is closed. any other suggestions are appreciated. thanks! bill '87 syncro westfalia |
