Gerry, I sounds like your Power Steering Rack is leaking. Usually you can look up at your power steering rack and one of the boots will be either ripped or wet. You can either rebuild your own rack with a seal kit ($65 ZF from me) or you can buy a complete rebuilt rack with a lifetime warranty ($295 with a $125 core charge from me done by Maval). The recent rebuilt racks I have been getting have been coming with the tie rods and boots already installed. I don't know why but I have had a run on these racks lately. If you need one please give me a call or order through the on-line store.
