Subject: Re: Near Death Experience, an Elk

Myc, A friend from Idaho was recently driving his Westfalia Syncro with a trailer at 75 MPH through Colorado and hit a Bull Elk. The Van was totaled but he and his son walked away from the accident after the Van and the trailer left the road and flipped onto their sides. He feels strongly that if he had been in a lesser or particularly a lower vehicle, he and his son would have been wearing 1000 lbs of Elk. He is buying a replacement Syncro Westy tomorrow.
