I just went through this myself and a few people on the list are looking for spares for me. In the meantime I found a glue at the hardware store which seems to be working. It is a heat activated epoxy which is used for ABS Pipe and ABS Radiator repairs. It has worked for about a week now without leaking. I gouged out the crack with a router bit in a drill and used a torch to burn in several layers of glue, afterward I wrapped a layer of split hose onto the cracked area (the small tube joining the two larger ones). If I come up with more than one spare I'll let you know. If you can't find the glue let me know and I'll check the name for you when I'm home later.
