Don't know the part however I have had the #11 part go on me.

There is a place in California (Small Car Connection) where I live. You could try their website but they really don't have time to service it. I would suggest calling if this is your last resort. Basically, they are a VW wrecking yard. All (or most) of what they have on their lot is VW product. They have a lot of vans and might be able to pull the part you need. If it is on the engine, they may not have it because engines don't last long at their place.
