No...SOME Californians who post vehicle for sale of eBay use plain ol' deceit:

"This is to the best of my knowledge an accurate description of this vehicle."

Obviously the seller has a low-knowledge threshold of his vehicle including the lie about "existing warranty"...notice that he never reveals WHEN the engine was rebuilt.

I like the part about the "oversized piston rings"...not to mention the "independent strut front suspension".

"Everywhere I drive it, I get pulled over for questions and compliments"

In California? For a Vanagon with mismatched paint on the right side panels? Perhaps he gets offers of paint jobs?
