At this site there are great resources for diagnosing every bit if the Digifant fuel injection. I got more out of the Digifant manuals at this site than the Bentley manual.

My son's new '87 syncro is still running pretty rough.

I monitored fuel pressure 30 w/vacuum, 39 without vacuum. GOOD

I measured compression: 160,140,160,155 SO SO? Plugs look pretty sooty!

I measured vacuum: 15" at 950 rpm, some fluctuation (GOOD/BAD??) 20" at 2,000 rpm, smooth

I monitored O2 sensor voltage (with lead disconnected): 0.05V at idle with 30 PSI fuel pressure BAD? sensor voltage rises above idle 0.8V with 39 psi fuel pressure at idle (vacuum disconnected)??? (exchanged AFM... No difference!)

I thought I might next check the injectors for spray pattern..

Anything else I should do?

Any comments or suggestions will be greatly apreciated.

Gary
