I think the tires are kick butt. They're a little more noisy than the soft passenger tires but they run straight, shed water and are (have been for me) better gas mileage. I'd hang in and wait for the set. I ran whatever -- whatever they chose to sell me -- and the Agilis 51 185c 14 is the best tire I've ever run. I think I'd go for the 195 tire, from my view (no experience) just wider to accommodate the weight, maybe a little taller (diameter). 83 Westy no telling the weight but its fully loaded all the time. Discount adjusted 4 185x14 Michelin passenger tires for me at 135$ all four and although I wasn't too happy about the price, I did have 10K on the other tires, but they were separating like every other tire I ever had on my Westy. Vanagon might be different, 2000 less I think.
