Hi List, As long as I`ve got my 4 speed out of the car, Can any one share their experience with the 4 to 5-speed conversion? What are the costs involved in this conversion? Is it difficult to change over from a 4 speed to a 5? I tried the Weddle site, but it seems that they have it under construction? I assume they want a core charge for the 5 speed, or is it sold out right? What gearing is best for a Subaru/Vanagon? And most importantly, how does the bus drive? Is first gear extra low, or is fifth like an over drive? Or does it drive like a regular five speed that you`d find in any other car? Thanks for the help, everyone !!! What a cool site !!! John C...
