Subject: New owners requesting advise on replacing canvas poptop
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed

Hello to all,

We recently purchased an 87 Westphalia Vanagon in need of new canvas poptop, among other things.

Does anyone have any recommendations on the following:

1. Where to purchase one? 2. Should we invest in a "waterproof" replacement? 3. Should I attempt to install it myself (with 2 young kids my free time is limited...)? 4. If I shouldn't attempt it, does anyone have a recommendation for an installer in the SF Bay Area?

Thanks! We feel like part of a family already.

Cliff
