Cliff,

I have a disassembled poptop in my driveway right now. I took it off myself. Screws al the way around the bottom perimeter. To my amazement I found the upper portions stapled to the poptop section. You're welcome to check it out if your 30 miles north of your location. I'm in SSF. Doesn't look difficult to install with the exception of the four corner screws for the aluminum retainer strip at the bottom.

A number of listvendors sell replacement poptop canvas. Or you can pick one up from a local SF Bay Area supplier.
