For anyone who is looking to do a conversion, I have a customer who is
looking to sell their 2000 Passat TDI motor. It comes with the following:
- COMPLETE MOTOR, with AC and PS, Turbo, Manifolds etc.
- Wiring harness between the fuse panel (included),
ecu (included) and engine.
- Missing throttle pedal asm (~135 from the dealer).
- Missing the intercooler.
- 23,000 kilometers.
$2000 USD

Subject: 1988 VW Vanagon Weekender for Sale in NJ - Reduced Must sell!!!
A beautiful 1988 VW vanagon GL with the weekender package (rear seat folds
into an approx. queen size bed (same as camper), and mattress on rear
compartment - NO POPTOP). The body is excellent, no rust or damage. The
interior is beautiful, clean and in excellent condition. A/C (recently
converted to new system)and everything else works (including power driver
and passenger mirrors), has NJ inspection valid until next year. The van
has 135K miles and runs beautifully, no leaks. Head gaskets have been
recently replaced (about 4K miles ago) because a broken push rod prompted
repair. It is a 4 speed, which drives excellent. Tires are very recent. It
has a custom center console which matches the interior color perfectly, and
has cup holders (4) and a color TV/VCR (remote control too) built in (worth
over $500). This unit is 12 V powered and is perfect for the kids. Battery,
brakes, catalytic converter, and water pump replaced within past 2 yrs. I
wanted to get $4000 for it (NADA avg retail $4750, blue book value $4075),
but will let go for $3250 OBO!!!
Need to sell ASAP, I am buying a house!!!!!! Van located in NJ, 15 min from
NYC.
