homepage (http://www.schubert-fahrzeugtechnik.de/sites-bus-t3-tdi6-preis.html) says that the T3 is ony allowed to have max. 145 hp w/o modification of brakes etc. If more, the reinforced braking sytem etc is necessary (which makes sense to me :-)
