Subject: advice on head/gaskets?
Content-Type: text/plain

I would like to get advice from those of you who have personally replaced heads and gaskets on 1.9l wbx's. I think I need to do this job since there has been a small coolant leak on the right head -- and lately extreme power loss, i.e. I can't get out of first. Does this sound like head/gasket failure? I don't have a garage with a bunch of fancy tools, so I am wondering if I can do the job in my driveway. The only big repair I have made by myself is a water pump replacement. If I can learn something then all the better because I am in no rush. Thanks for any advice.
