Check and be sure your idle stabilizer valve is connected. This part keeps your engine running on a cold start until the engine warms up, then it is cut from the circuit.

I would encourage you to reset your idle. I do it twice a year. Shouldn't have to but I find it helps. Once when weather warms up, once when weather turns colder. Do it by warming engine, then shut down and disconnect idle stabilizer at the connector on the unit. Restart and adjust idle to 850-900 rpm. Shut down and reconnect ISV. Check idle, then shut down. Allow the engine to get cold. Restart cold and observe the behavior.

To me this would be the start point for the process of elimination of causes.
