I used a regular Black Cat in early September when it was 32 degrees (at 9,500'). There was a strong, gusty wind. With the top up, nothing much was happening. When I shut the pop-top, it warmed up nicely.

Then I installed the Carver P4 I've had for a couple of years and on a recent trip to the high desert, it was 23 degrees the first night. It took the Carver about an hour to get it warm (with the top closed.) I believe the Carver is ~7200 BTU and the Coleman is ~5000.

Neither comes close to the BA6 in my '81!
