Ed, PDF existed in AOL certainly. More than one lists are watching it. I thought seriously, PDF is useful for the list members. (much Macintosh users).. But, I received advice from EU-list. He said.. No. You will receive the mail of suit against piracy. Hope that keeps you out of the bad books. Therefore, I erased PDF of AOL. > Can you update with a new address? Sorry, Impossibility.
