customer's specs.

  All referrals, references, and ideas welcome and solicited.

  There appear to be no wheels in size 6.5 x 16", bolt pattern 5 x 112, ET30
so my purpose is to see about creating a batch of them.

  I think the South African 15" wheels are perfect, but I am mounting a tire
that is taller and narrower than the sizes available on a 15" wheel.
