It's precisely the same as in the Westy tank, assuming they are at the same temperature -- in practical terms, somewhere under about 200 psi. The pressure in the lines after the regulator is about six ounces per square inch, controlled by the regulator. The pressure in a tank containing liquid propane depends entirely on the temperature.

Coleman may have a reason they don't want you to use extension hoses (like the possibility of burning the hose) but pressure ain't it.
