Subject: Re: TIICO- Oil Filters - Purolator
Content-type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII

Some time ago, I asked Purolator about the differences in their filters that would fit VW. This is the reply in part: ----------- "Thank you for your inquiry on Purolator Filters.

............. The L20252 contains an anti-drainback valve. ........

Purolators' Automotive website is www.pureoil. com" ------------

Purolator is a highly rated filter and is sold by Pep Boys and also under their brand name (same number). I've used them on all my VWs for years with no problems.
