Keith, I don't know if you have this option, but the headers are mild steel, and very easy to weld. They crack all the time, and you'll go broke buying new ones. I've repaired mine a few times now, and the muffler brackets as well. I'd suggest you find someone with a MIG welder and go that route. You can get them out of the van with the engine installed, and may even be able to weld them with them still in place, depending on where the leaks are. Just be sure to brush away the oxidation with a wire brush so your ground can make a good contact, and mask everything else (especially anything remotely resembling a gas line...) tx, bmc :) "Faith will move mountains, but you'd better bring a shovel...."
