I bought a cheap one from Harbor freight tools. 300watts, surges to 800watts. $30 on sale, it is made by Wagen. It is more than enough to run the fridge. I had it running the fridge and a 75 watt bulb with no trouble. It has a built in fan that is a little noisy, and it runs whenever the unit is turned on. It draws about .5 amps with nothing plugged into it. It has an alarm that goes off at 10.5v, and shuts itself off at 10v, I believe. I thought I would mount it inside a cabinet and wire it to my aux battery.
