Hi All,

Been having driveability probs, bad idle, stumbles on accel, bucking at speed, and some shut downs. After cleaning up the dual relays, testing O2 sensor and the new temp sensor, injector leads etc, all to no avail, I finally unplugged the 4 wire connector on the side of the distributer to discover some unsightly green fungus. A decent clean up and a world of difference!! Everything is working, smooth accel, no bucking at low speed. I realized that the heart of the ECU is the fuel map, based on RPM signal. So a weak or intermittent signal literally puts the fuel injection quantity 'all over the map' May want to include this as part of the electrical gremlin chase when problems arise. HTH, Tim
