Don't sweat it. Just take it to 185 with the torque wrench, put on a breaker bar of about the same length, and use your calibrated arm to pull about 20% harder. Except for things like head bolts, many experienced mechanics don't bother with torque wrenches. We could take a list survey. Come on confess!
