Subject:      Lifter Tick at cold temperatures...

Oh boy oh boy...here we go!  Yup...I also have a
lifter tick that is most evident at cold
temperatures...but can also be heard slightly when it
is fully warmed up.  If this is abnormal...is there
anything I can do to fix it (i have mediocre
mechanical experience on VW's).  Thanks Again!!!
