Anything else suggest it's motor mounts? Sure, engines move around some on the mounts, but unless the bolts are loose there isn't anything to squeak. How about belts? They are notorious for making squeaking, shreiking sounds at various speeds, they don't have to be slipping either. An easy test is to put a little baby powder on the friction surface of the belt, start 'er up. Squeak gone? Belt time.
