Seems that I have one leak left on the trans on my 84GL.  My mechanic has
been fighting this for a while now.  Wondered if anyone else on the list had
a similar problem and what their solution was.  The point where the gear
shifter goes into the trans (passenger side on manual transmission) seems to
keep leaking.  The O-ring has been replaced and it still seems to leak.  Is
there something special about the O-ring or seal that needs to be
considered?
