Fold your two middle seats forward (if you have them) to get them out of the
way.  Pull the metal handle on the back of the back seat towards the back
until the seat back releases.  Then, pull the seatback slightly forward
(right hand) and simultaneously pull the seat bottom up and forward (left
hand).  The whole thing comes forward, and in the end, the bottom of the
seat is furthest forward, then the seat back, then the cushion over the
engine.  Then you can put those rubber caps over the studs on the sides of
the van, so you don't brain yourself in the middle of the night when your
dog unexpectedly noses you in the crotch (not speaking from personal
experience here....)
