Subject:      Can't get table to come out

My table in my '91 weekender won't pop out. No matter how much I push or
bang on the bottom, it stays locked closed. Someone told me once I get it
out I need to adjust the locking mechanism. But I can't get it open to
adjust it, and the person didn't tell me how to adjust it.
....so almighty list members, how do I do it? How do I get it open, and how
do I keep it from getting locked closed again?
