Could be. The stock one is just behind the fuel filter, which is under the van by the sliding door. I've heard that some Westys had a second fuel filter just before the fuel filter as well.

I remember seeing a conversion kit in a catalog. Dont rember who. It came with a carb, intake Fuel pump and filter. Could one one have been replaced but not the other? . Just remembered the place, Parts Place inc. info# 248-373-2300 good luck!!
