Subject: Westy for Sale
Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hey Everyone, I am selling my Westy. I am the second owner and I have owned it for 6 years. 86' Vanagon GL Westfalia. Automatic. AC. All White. Here is all the Good things. It's got about 6000 miles on the New rebuilt engine that is running excellent. This engine was totally rebuilt by one of the best local mechanics around with the new heads. New water pump, New belts and hoses. New brakes front and back. New Rack Sterrring about a year ago. Interior is in very good shape with all the camping gear. Canvas is fine.

Here are all the things that are not so good. I just noticed on my last campout that I smelt gas when I turned on the propane valve. So it does have a gas leak that I have not had the time to solve. Everything else in the kitchen works fine. It has a cracked windsheild. It is on the drivers side, on the left lower corner, below your vision of the road. AC needs recharging. My odometer just went out but the speedo is still working. Body is in good shape except for a little indent on the rear right wheel well.

I'm asking $6000 /obo Location is Sonoma County, Northern Calfornia, about 1.5 hours from San Francisco
