I got skylight and seal from http://www.theskylightguy.com/ good price and Trevor is a good guy to deal with. Replacing the skylight was easy --- I dabbed a bit of clear silicone to help seal the bolts but this may have been overkill. I ordered the gasket as a spare (for a rainy day :-)) and as my original is still good I can't speak for how hard/easy it is to change.
