Try Oliver Wegener of Wegener Engineering, Delaware, OH <Wegener@nase.org> Oliver showed a mid-eighties customized van at The Central Ohio Vintage VW Club show in August. He had a VR6 in it; a boxed up rear deck allowed the engine to sit upright and still have decent ground clearance. It sounded beautiful. All in all it appeared very professional, with good clearances all around. He was looking to sell conversion kits and accessories for several German marque applications. IIRC, he was looking at a tranny update soon. Contact him on this. -- Stephen Chillicothe OH |
