It looks like they just threw all of these various computers into a box with bubble wrap on each unit. Bubble wrap is good, but you need the parts in the box to not move around when the box is being gently handled (ha, ha!) by UPS. So now every time somebody at UPS picks up this box and moves it or even shoves it against other boxes, the parts inside are banging around against each other and the exterior box. That is what damaged them, banging into each other, not really any external forces.

Another thing to learn is that if you are shipping so many thousands (or even hundreds) of dollars worth of fragile stuff via any shipping service, it only makes sense to have it insured for replacment value. It is only a couple of dollars. Some times the lessons in life are expensive. That is so you remember them better the next time.

Thanks, Ken Wilford (Shipping via UPS every day and only two or three claims a year!) John 3:16 www.vanagain.com Phone: (856)-765-1583 Fax: (856)-327-2242
